Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A) of section4781.16of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and shall be subject to a mandatory fine of one hundred dollars. On a second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to a mandatory fine of one thousand dollars.
(B)Whoever violates section4781.20of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(C)Whoever violates any of the following is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree:
(1)Division (B) or (C) of section4781.16of the Revised Code;
(2)Section4781.22of the Revised Code;
(3)Section4781.23of the Revised Code;
(4)Division (A) of section4781.24of the Revised Code;
(5)Section4781.25of the Revised Code;
(6)Division (A) of section4781.35of t
