(A)The division of real estate and professional licensing shall deposit all the fees collected in the administration and enforcement sections4781.16to4781.25of the Revised Code into the real estate operating fund created under section4735.211of the Revised Code. In addition to the purposes described in section4735.211of the Revised Code, money deposited into the fund shall be used as described in sections4781.16to4781.25of the Revised Code.

(B)The division of industrial compliance shall deposit all fees collected in the administration and enforcement sections of 4781.04 to 4781.14 and sections4781.26to4781.35of the Revised Code into the industrial compliance operating fund created in section121.084of the Revised Code. All money deposited into the fund shall be used to pay the operating expenses of the division or as otherwise described in those sections.
