Text

The applications for licenses submitted under section4781.17of the Revised Code are not part of the public records but are confidential information for the use of the division of real estate. No person shall divulge any information contained in such applications and acquired by the person in the person's capacity as an official or employee of the division of real estate, except in a report to the division, or when called upon to testify in any court or proceeding.
