Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A)(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), or (9) or division (C) of section4768.11of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (A)(10), (11), (12), or (13) of section4768.11of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
