(A)Each emergency medical service organization shall appoint a medical director or a cooperating physician advisory board. The organization shall give notice of the name of its medical director or the names of the members of its cooperating physician advisory board to the state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services. The notice shall be made in writing.
(B)To be eligible to serve as a medical director or member of a cooperating physician advisory board, an individual shall be a physician who meets the qualifications established in rules adopted under section4765.11of the Revised Code.
