The state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services shall issue a certificate to teach in an emergency medical services training program or an emergency medical services continuing education program to any applicant who it determines meets the qualifications established in rules adopted under section4765.11of the Revised Code. The certificate shall indicate each type of instruction and training the certificate holder may teach under the certificate. A certificate to teach shall have a certification cycle established by the board and may be renewed by the board pursuant to rules adopted under section4765.11of the Revised Code.
