Text
A person seeking a certificate to teach in an emergency medical services training program or an emergency medical services continuing education program shall submit a completed application for certification to the state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services on a form the board shall prescribe and furnish. The application shall be accompanied by the appropriate application fee established in rules adopted under section4765.11of the Revised Code.
