Text

(A)The state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services shall issue the appropriate certificate of accreditation or certificate of approval to an applicant who meets the requirements of section4765.16of the Revised Code. The board shall grant or deny a certificate of accreditation or certificate of approval within one hundred twenty days of receipt of the application. The board may issue a certificate of accreditation or certificate of approval on a provisional basis to an applicant who is in substantial compliance with the requirements of section4765.16of the Revised Code or renew a certificate of accreditation or certificate of approval on a provisional basis to an applicant who is of good reputation and is in substantial compliance with the requirements of section476
