If a certificate holder subject to a suspension order issued by the state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services under section4765.112or an automatic suspension order under section4765.114of the Revised Code fails to make a timely request for a hearing, the following apply:
(A)In the case of a certificate holder subject to a summary suspension order, the board is not required to hold a hearing, but may adopt, by an affirmative vote of a majority of its members, a final order that contains the board's findings. In the final order, the board may order any of the sanctions listed in division (E) of section4765.115of the Revised Code.
