Text
(A)Whoever violates division (B) of section4763.12, division (B), (C), or (D) of section4763.13, or section4763.19of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (E) of section4763.12of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
