Text
Whoever violates division (A) of section4761.10of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. On a second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. On each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Whoever violates division (B)(2) or (C) of section4761.14of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Whoever violates division (E)(5) of section4761.03of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
