(A)As used in this section, "criminal conduct" and "sexual misconduct" have the same meanings as in section4731.224of the Revised Code.
(B)(1) An employer that disciplines or terminates the employment of a respiratory care professional or individual holding a limited permit issued under this chapter because of conduct that would be grounds for disciplinary action under section4761.09of the Revised Code shall, not later than thirty days after the discipline or termination, report the action to the state medical board. The report shall state the name of the respiratory care professional or individual holding the limited permit and the reason the employer took the action.
