Not later than sixty days after the "Social Work Licensure Compact" is entered into under section4757.52of the Revised Code, the counselor, social worker, and marriage and family therapist board, in accordance with section 10 of the compact, shall select an individual to serve as a delegate to the social work licensure compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
