Not later than sixty days after the "Counseling Compact" is entered into under section4757.51of the Revised Code, the counselor, social worker, and marriage and family therapist board, in accordance with section 9 of the compact, shall select an individual to serve as a delegate to the counseling compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
