Text
For the purposes of section2305.51of the Revised Code, a person who holds a license issued under this chapter is a mental health professional.
A license holder is not liable in damages in a civil action, and shall not be subject to disciplinary action by the counselor, social worker, and marriage and family therapist board, for disclosing any confidential information about a client that is disclosed for the purposes of section2305.51of the Revised Code.
