Text
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit a contractor from leasing, on a temporary or permanent basis, an employee from a professional employer organization, as defined by section4125.01of the Revised Code, from an alternate employer organization, as defined by section4133.01of the Revised Code, or from a temporary agency to perform work under the direct supervision of the contractor.
