Text
(A)Whoever violates section4738.02or4738.03of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates section4738.01, sections4738.04to4738.13, or division (B) of section4738.16of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(C)Whoever violates section4738.031,4738.14, or4738.15of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
