Text
At the request of the superintendent of real estate, the department of higher education or the state board of career colleges and schools with respect to an institution that offers a certificate program, may, in consultation with the division of real estate, perform a review of programs offered by an institution of higher education pursuant to division (B)(6)(a) or (b) of section4735.07and division (F)(6) of section4735.09of the Revised Code. The superintendent, the chancellor of higher education, or the board may request from the institution any information the superintendent, chancellor, or board considers necessary to perform this review.
