Text

The Ohio real estate commission shall keep a record of its proceedings and, upon application of an interested party, or upon its own motion and notice to the interested parties, may hold a hearing to consider reversing, vacating, or modifying its own orders. An application shall be filed with the division within fifteen days after the mailing of the notice of the order of the commission to the interested parties. The commission may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing the circumstances in which an interested party may request reconsideration. Any applicant or respondent dissatisfied with an order of the commission may appeal in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
