(A)Any person licensed under section4735.07or4735.09of the Revised Code, at any time prior to the date the licensee is required to file a notice of renewal pursuant to division (B) of section4735.14of the Revised Code may apply to the superintendent of real estate and professional licensing to place the licensee's license in a permanently resigned status.
(B)A licensee, at any time during which a license has been suspended pursuant to division (G) of section4735.07, division ( J) of section4735.09, division (E) of section4735.12, division (C) of section4735.14, division (C) of section4735.141, or section4735.182of the Revised Code, may apply to the superintendent on a form prescribed by the superintendent to permanently resign the licensee's license voluntarily.
