Text
Not later than thirty days after the "Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT)" is entered into under section4732.40of the Revised Code, the state board of psychology shall appoint a member to the psychology interjurisdictional compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy not later than thirty days after the vacancy occurs.
