A nonresident applicant seeking a review of qualifications and permission of the state board of psychology to practice psychology in Ohio for no more than thirty days per year under division (A)(1) of section4732.22of the Revised Code shall pay a fee established by the board of not less than seventy-five dollars and not more than one hundred fifty dollars, no part of which shall be returned. The board may adopt rules for the purpose of recognizing a nonresident's interjurisdictional practice credentials granted by the association of state and provincial psychology boards and other relevant professional organizations.
