Text

At any time after the suspension or revocation of a license, the state board of psychology may restore the license upon the written finding by the board that circumstances so warrant. At the time it restores a license, the board may impose restrictions and limitations on the practice of the license holder. The board may require a person seeking restoration of a license to submit to mental, substance abuse, cognitive, or physical evaluations, or a combination of these evaluations. Evaluations shall be conducted by qualified individuals selected by the board. The costs of any evaluative processes shall be paid by the applicant for restoration. A person requesting restoration of a license is deemed to have given consent to submit to a mental or physical examination when directed to do so in
