(A)(1)(a) Except as provided in division (D) of this section, on or before the thirty-first day of August of each even-numbered year, each person who holds a psychologist or independent school psychologist license issued by the state board of psychology shall have completed, in the preceding two-year period, not less than twenty-three hours of continuing education in psychology, including not less than four hours of continuing education in one or more of the following:
(i)Professional conduct;
(ii)Ethics;
(iii)The role of culture, ethnic identity, or both in the provision of psychological assessment, consultation, or psychological interventions, or a combination thereof.
(b)Except as provided in division (D) of this section, on or before the thirty-first day of August of each year
