(A)Whoever violates section4731.41,4731.43, or4731.60of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree on a first offense and a felony of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense.

(B)Whoever violates section4731.49,4731.50, or4731.81of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.

(C)Whoever violates section4731.46or4731.47of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.

(D)Whoever violates section4731.48of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(A) Whoever violates section4731.41,4731.43, or4731.60of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree on a first offense and a felony of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense.

(2) Whoever violates division (B)(2) or (C)(3) of section4731.224of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.

(F) Whoever violates section4731.481of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(G) Whoever violates division (F)(5) of section4731.22of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
