Text

(A)A plaintiff who prevails in an action under section4731.861or4731.864of the Revised Code shall be entitled to:
(1)Reasonable attorney's fees; and
(2)Either of the following:
(a)Compensatory and punitive damages;
(b)Liquidated damages of ten thousand dollars.
(B)A plaintiff who prevails in an action under section4731.861of the Revised Code is also entitled to reimbursement for the cost of the assisted reproduction procedure. Last updated March 10, 2023 at 3:51 PM
