Text
The following persons may bring a civil action for the recovery of remedies described in sections4731.869and4731.8610of the Revised Code for an assisted reproduction procedure performed without consent and performed recklessly:
(A)The patient on whom the procedure was performed and the patient's spouse or surviving spouse;
(B)The child born as a result of the procedure.
