Text

Any person who collects any amounts billed in violation of section4731.66of the Revised Code shall be liable to the individual, third-party payer, governmental health care program, or other person or governmental entity for and shall refund, on a timely basis, the amount so collected. No person shall fail to refund on a timely basis any amount due under this section.
