Text
(A)The state medical board shall issue, without examination, a visiting podiatric faculty certificate to any nonresident person who holds a current, unrestricted license to practice podiatric medicine and surgery issued by another state or country and has been appointed to serve in this state on the academic staff of an approved college of podiatric medicine and surgery in good standing, as determined by the board. The board shall not require a nonresident person who holds a license in another state to obtain a license under Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code.
(B)An applicant for a visiting podiatric faculty certificate shall submit evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant meets the requirements of division (A) of this section.
