(A)As used in this section, "collaboration," "physician," "standard care arrangement," and "supervision" have the same meanings as in section4723.01of the Revised Code.
(B)A physician or podiatrist shall enter into a standard care arrangement with each clinical nurse specialist, certified nurse-midwife, or certified nurse practitioner with whom the physician or podiatrist is in collaboration. The collaborating physician or podiatrist shall fulfill the responsibilities of collaboration, as specified in the arrangement and in accordance with division (A) of section4723.431of the Revised Code.
