Text

The state medical board may adopt any rules it considers necessary to implement sections4731.25to4731.254of the Revised Code, except that the board shall adopt rules establishing standards for evaluating, treating, and monitoring practitioners and applicants who are or may be impaired, including standards for the approval of evaluators and treatment providers. Any such rules shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
