(A)In addition to the duties described in section4731.25of the Revised Code, the monitoring organization shall conduct a review of individuals and entities providing impairment evaluation and treatment services to determine which should be approved as evaluators and treatment providers by the organization. The individuals and entities may include those with experience providing evaluation and treatment services as part of a professionals health program sponsored by one or more professional associations or societies of practitioners. The monitoring organization shall conduct its review in accordance with criteria developed under this section.
