Not later than sixty days after the "Interstate Massage Compact (IMpact)" is entered into under section4731.156of the Revised Code, the state medical board, in accordance with Article 8 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as a delegate to the interstate massage compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
