In addition to any other eligibility requirement set forth in this chapter, each applicant for a license to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, and each applicant as set forth in section 5(b)(2) of the "Interstate Medical Licensure Compact" entered into under section4731.11of the Revised Code, shall comply with sections4776.01to4776.04of the Revised Code.
