Text

(A)No person who is not a pharmacist, pharmacy intern, registered pharmacy technician, certified pharmacy technician, or pharmacy technician trainee shall knowingly engage in any of the activities listed in section4729.91of the Revised Code in a location licensed as a terminal distributor of dangerous drugs or while performing the function of a terminal distributor, except that this division does not prevent a licensed health care professional from engaging in activities that are authorized by law as part of the licensed professional's practice.
(B)No pharmacist shall knowingly allow any person employed or otherwise under the control of the pharmacist to violate division (A) of this section.
