Text

The state board of pharmacy shall adopt rules under section4729.26of the Revised Code governing registration of registered pharmacy technicians, certified pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy technician trainees. The rules shall include all of the following:

(A)Application and renewal forms and procedures;
(B)Reapplication forms and procedures for individuals whose registration has lapsed more than ninety days;
(C)Education and training requirements, requirements for employer-administered training programs, and other requirements considered appropriate by the board;
(D)Additional activities permitted by divisions (A)(7) and (B)(4) of section4729.91of the Revised Code;
(E)Requirements for sterile and non-sterile drug compounding ;
(F)Continuing education requirements;
(G)Conduct
