Text

(A)A registered pharmacy technician or certified pharmacy technician shall file an application for biennial registration renewal in the form and manner prescribed by the state board of pharmacy in rules adopted under section4729.94of the Revised Code. Registrations shall be renewed in accordance with the rules and the standard renewal procedure set forth in Chapter 4745. of the Revised Code. The biennial renewal fee is sixty-five dollars.
(B)(1) A registered pharmacy technician or certified pharmacy technician who fails to renew registration in accordance with division (A) of this section is prohibited from engaging in the activities authorized by section4729.91of the Revised Code.
