If the state board of pharmacy establishes and maintains a drug database pursuant to section4729.75of the Revised Code and if the board restricts a prescriber from obtaining further information from the database pursuant to division (C) of section4729.86of the Revised Code, the board shall notify the government entity responsible for licensing the prescriber.
