Text

If the state board of pharmacy establishes and maintains a drug database pursuant to section4729.75of the Revised Code, the board shall prepare reports regarding the database and present or submit them in accordance with both of the following:

(A)The board shall present a biennial report to the standing committees of the house of representatives and the senate that are primarily responsible for considering health and human services issues. Each report shall include all of the following:
(1)The cost to the state of establishing and maintaining the database;
(2)Information from the board, terminal distributors of dangerous drugs, prescribers, and retail dispensaries licensed under Chapter 3796. of the Revised Code regarding the board's effectiveness in providing information from the da
