(A)If the state board of pharmacy establishes and maintains a drug database pursuant to section4729.75of the Revised Code, the board may use, for the purpose of establishing or maintaining the database, any portion of the licensure or registration fees collected under this chapter. The board shall not increase the amount of any of those fees solely for the purpose of establishing or maintaining the database.
The board shall not impose any charge on a prescriber for the establishment or maintenance of the database. The board shall not charge any fees for the transmission of data to the database or for the receipt of information from the database, except that the board may charge a fee in accordance with rules adopted under section4729.84of the Revised Code to an individual who requests th
