Text
(A)If the state board of pharmacy establishes and maintains a drug database pursuant to section4729.75of the Revised Code, in addition to the information required to be submitted under sections4729.77,4729.771,4729.78, and4729.79of the Revised Code, the board may accept information from other sources, including other state agencies, to the extent the information is related to monitoring the misuse and diversion of drugs as set forth in section4729.75of the Revised Code.
(B)Any information submitted pursuant to this section shall be transmitted as specified by the board in rules adopted under section4729.84of the Revised Code.
