In addition to the remedies provided and irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, the board of pharmacy may apply to the court of common pleas in the county where any of the provisions of sections4729.51to4729.62of the Revised Code are being violated or where any violation described in section4729.35of the Revised Code is occurring for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from such violation.
