The executive director of the state board of pharmacy shall maintain a register of the names, addresses, and the date of licensure of those persons to whom licenses have been issued pursuant to sections4729.52and4729.54of the Revised Code.

The board shall make available a roster of those persons. The roster shall indicate those persons whose licenses have been suspended, revoked, or surrendered, and those persons whose licenses have not been renewed.

A written statement signed and verified by the executive director of the board or the director's designee in which it is stated that after diligent search of the register no record or entry of the issuance of a license to a person is found is admissible in evidence and constitutes presumptive evidence of the fact that the person is not licen
