Text
A manufacturer of dangerous drugs may donate inhalers, as defined in section3313.7113of the Revised Code, epinephrine autoinjectors, or injectable or nasally administered glucagon to any of the following:
(A)The board of education of a city, local, exempted village, or joint vocational school district;
(B)A community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code;
(C)A STEM school established under Chapter 3326. of the Revised Code;
(D)A college-preparatory boarding school established under Chapter 3328. of the Revised Code;
(E)A chartered or nonchartered nonpublic school;
(F)A residential camp, as defined in section2151.011of the Revised Code;
(G)A child day camp, as defined in section5104.01of the Revised Code;
(H)A child day camp operated by any county, towns
