(A)As used in this section, "dispense" has the meaning specified by the state board of pharmacy in rules adopted under section4729.26of the Revised Code.
(B)(1) Except as provided in division (B)(2) of this section, no person who is not a pharmacist or a pharmacy intern under the personal supervision of a pharmacist shall compound or sell dangerous drugs or otherwise engage in the practice of pharmacy.
(2)Except as provided in section3701.048of the Revised Code with respect to other health care professionals, in sections3715.512and4729.47of the Revised Code with respect to pharmacy interns, or in rules adopted by the board under section4729.26of the Revised Code, no person who is not a pharmacist shall dispense dangerous drugs.
