Text

(A)As used in this section, "drug database" means the database established and maintained by the state board of pharmacy pursuant to section4729.75of the Revised Code.
(B)The state board of pharmacy shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that establish standards and procedures to be followed by a pharmacist regarding the review of patient information available through the drug database under division (A)(6) of section4729.80of the Revised Code.
(C)This section and the rules adopted under it do not apply if the board no longer maintains the drug database.
