Text

(A)Sections4725.40to4725.59of the Revised Code do not apply to:
(1)A physician authorized under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, or to persons while in the employment and under the supervision of physician at the physician's office;
(2)An optometrist licensed under sections4725.01to4725.34of the Revised Code, or to persons while in the employment and under the supervision of an optometrist at the optometrist's office.
(B)Nothing in sections4725.40to4725.59of the Revised Code shall prevent or restrict any individual, firm, or corporation from employing or from engaging in optical dispensing through persons licensed or registered under such sections.
