Text
No person shall do any of the following:
(A)Sell or barter, or offer to sell or barter, a certificate of licensure as a dispensing optician issued under sections4725.40to4725.59of the Revised Code;
(B)Use, or attempt to use, a license which is illegally purchased or acquired under division (A) of this section, obtained by fraud or deception, counterfeited, materially altered or otherwise modified without prior approval of the state vision professionals board, or suspended or revoked under section4725.53or4725.54of the Revised Code;
(C)Materially alter or otherwise modify a license in any manner, unless authorized by the state vision professionals board;
(D)Willfully and knowingly make any false statement in an application required under sections4725.40to4725.59of the Revised Code.
