Text

(A)Each person who qualifies for licensure under sections4725.40to4725.59of the Revised Code shall receive from the state vision professionals board, under its seal, a certificate of licensure entitling the person to practice as a licensed spectacle dispensing optician or a licensed spectacle-contact lens dispensing optician. The appropriate certificate of licensure shall be issued by the board no later than sixty days after it has notified the applicant of the applicant's approval for licensure.
(B)Each licensed dispensing optician shall display the licensed dispensing optician's certificate of licensure in a conspicuous place in the licensed dispensing optician's office or place of business. If a licensed dispensing optician maintains more than one office or place of business, the lic
