Text
(A)If an optometrist licensed by the state vision professionals board has reason to believe that another optometrist licensed currently or previously by the board has engaged in any course of treatment or other services to a patient that constitutes unprofessional conduct under section4725.19of the Revised Code, or has an addiction subject to board action under section4725.19of the Revised Code, the optometrist shall make a report to the board.
(B)Any person may report to the board in a signed writing any information that the person may have that appears to show a violation of any provision of sections4725.01to4725.34of the Revised Code or the rules adopted under those sections.
